Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Infonavra Innovation Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality eLearning programs and professional IT Services & Solutions. We understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation request is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
For eLearning programs, students who enroll in a course may request a refund within three (3) days from the date of enrollment. Refund requests will only be considered if the course content has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed. Once a learner has accessed a significant portion of the course materials, attended live sessions, or initiated the certification process, the enrollment will be considered active and non-refundable. All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, and any applicable administrative or payment processing charges may be deducted before issuing the refund.
For IT Services & Solutions, clients are required to make advance payments before project initiation as per the agreed quotation or proposal. If a client chooses to cancel the project before work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation costs. However, once the development process has started, including research, design, coding, or resource allocation, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. Custom-built solutions, website development projects, and digital services are non-refundable once delivered or once significant progress has been made in accordance with the agreed scope.
In cases where delays occur due to lack of client communication, delayed content submission, or scope changes, refunds will not be granted. Any dissatisfaction regarding services must be communicated promptly so that our team can work toward a resolution.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. The company reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests after reviewing the circumstances in accordance with this policy.
InfoNavra Innovation Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
